Join us for a short weekend of enjoying the bounty of late fall wild production. From meals that feature locally caught fish, to helping harvest and preserving nature’s provision for winter, we will be enjoying eating wild! All the participants will go home with a selection of items prepared during the weekend. Not sure what to do with everything? Techniques like hot water bath canning, dehydrating and (shhh!) fermenting will be used to keep the goodies late into winter. Because of the supplies needed (canning, etc) please contact us beforehand to reserve your spot!
